Family Herbalism Night - Learn How to Make Infused Honey

Join us in the Studio for our weekly Family Herbalism class and learn different ways for making your own natural medicine and remedies. This class is great for families and we encourage families to learn this art of herbalism together!

In this weeks herbalism class, we will learn how to infuse honey! We will beusing raw honey and learning of the amazing health benefits that just honey alone offers us . Honey can be infused with many different things, but we will be forcusing on a few specific ones in the class. 

We will be making a "Night time Honey" using dried lavendar buds, chamomile flowers, lemon balm, and honey! This is the perfect addition to add to warm water to calm our nervous systems. We will also make an infused honey, using lemon, ginger and honey - this is great for boosting and awaking your immune system.

PLease advise - children under the age of 1 are recommended NOT to consume honey.
