Missed Class Policy And Cancellation Policy

We enjoy providing high quality classes and instruction for our students.

Each class requires a minimum number of students enrolled to ensure adequate accommodations for teachers and materials. Additionally, we hold your spot for you while we might have others on our waitlist for the class.  As we make decisions regarding classes based on a variety of factors, including the number of students enrolled, we are unable to offer make-up classes, credits, or refunds for classes missed. 

We anticipate our Enrichment Classes to fill up quickly and also our wait list. We do our best to accommodate any special needs of your family. However we cannot prorate your class based on the number of days your child attends. Classes are intended for the child to be present during all the days/hours of the specific class/es you have signed up for. The non-refundable deposit amount is $25, which is included in the total amount. In the event of a cancellation, the class tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded in full up to 14 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 14 days prior to the first class. Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will not be refunded or credited towards another class. Additionally, any classes missed during the session, will not be refunded and make up classes are not offered. The membership of $75 per year is non refundable.

For cancellations, at any point, due to illness related situations, we will issue you a credit.

We will issue a credit to your account, at any time, due to illness related absences (i.e. feeling ill ). 

 If you are in a position to support Sunflower Village Studio by not requesting a credit and allowing the tuition to remain with the business, we would greatly appreciate that support, but it is not expected.

 

WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO WORK WITH THE FLUID NATURE OF FAMILY'S CHANGING PLANS. 

AS A SMALL BUSINESS, WE NEED TO HAVE POLICIES IN PLACE TO SUPPORT OUR ABILITY TO BE HERE FOR YOU AND CONTINUE OFFERING CLASSES. WE GRATEFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR AND MISSED CLASS(ES) CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED ABOVE.
