CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO WORK WITH THE FLUID NATURE OF FAMILY'S CHANGING PLANS. AS A SMALL BUSINESS, WE NEED TO HAVE POLICIES IN PLACE TO SUPPORT OUR ABILITY TO BE HERE FOR YOU AND CONTINUE OFFERING PROGRAMMING. WE GRATEFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Payment is due in full at time of registration or before class starts, and we do not offer refunds. When you register for a camp or enrichment class, we hold that space specifically for your child while others are not able to enroll. We also understand that sometimes plans change. For cancellations, at any point, due to illness related situations, we will issue you a credit.
CAMPS - Your camp registration includes a $25 cancellation fee per camp/class, you may cancel In the event you need to cancel, we'll issue a credit to your account (minus the $25 cancellation fee) for any cancellations .
Enrichment Classes - We have a $25 fee for a non-refundable deposit in the event of a cancellation at any point after registration. Tuition is refundable up to 14 days prior to the start of the class. Classes are non-refundable within 14 days of the class start.
A minimum of 5 students must be enrolled in order for camp to be held. We will notify you if your camp might not run due to low enrollment.
